IT Systems & Support Engineer
Shobaj Mall is looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support across the mall and its various business operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our technology, systems and devices remain operational, secure and available to staff across the retail store, pharmacy, shawarma station, bakery and wider mall operations.
This is a practical, on-site role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, supporting users and keeping IT systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support across Shobaj Mall.

Support PCs, laptops, tills/POS systems, printers and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Wi-Fi issues.

Support IT across the store, pharmacy, bakery and shawarma station.

Set up and maintain devices, software and user accounts.

Manage IT equipment and liaise with external providers when needed.
What We’re Looking For

Previous IT Support/IT Technician experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Windows, PCs, networking and common business applications.

POS/till experience is an advantage.

Good communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Able to work independently and on-site.
